What is Nature Hills policy if a plant dies?Updated 21 days ago

Nature Hills does not offer refunds for lost items, but does offer some recourse when you experience the loss of a plant item.

Nature Hills Nursery offers two warranty options:

Our free Growing & Glowing Guarantee covers your plants for 45 days from delivery. If something’s wrong (DOA, significant shipping damage, or early failure due to quality), contact us within that window with photos and we’ll make it right.

For fall deliveries after Oct 15, coverage extends through May 1 so issues that show up after dormancy are still covered. Remedies include a free replacement (we cover shipping), 100% store credit, or a refund minus a 25% admin fee. (See our terms of service.)

We also offer an optional paid warranty that extends coverage to a full year from delivery and provides a 100% store credit if a properly planted and cared-for plant fails after the 45-day period. Certain items aren’t eligible (e.g., bulbs, annuals, hard goods), and normal exclusions apply. (Details in our terms of service.)
